I haven't written a journal in a while, and i thought this would be a good time to update as it has been such an amazing week!
Yesterday, I started my new job; i now work in WHSmiths on the tills.
We watched training videos and signed millions of pieces of paper.
Today we did till training!
There was so much to take in, but it wasn't too difficult.
After lunch, we served real customers!!!
It was scary at first, but me and the boy who was training with me soon got into it
There were a few times we forgot to give back change
And once a woman forgot her scratch card (and of course blamed me)
but apart from that it went fine.
When i got home, my dad had bought me a car!!!!
Its GORGEOUS .. Dark Green, 1.25 Ford Fiesta from 2001;
with a cd player, proper nice seats, a big boot and power steering.
now i CANT WAIT until i pass my test, as ill be able to drive it straight away!!
and to top it off, im off to yorkshire tomorrow with my boyfriend and his family
that means lots of photographs
expect a lot of posts when im back, which will be next week.
all in all, a pretty amazing week!!!!
